A research review on the problems and solutions of Ifta department of the Department of Religious Affairs of Azad Kashmir

Abstract

Department of religious affairs Azad Kashmir independent government of the state of Jammu and Kashmir which is the base camp of independence movement of Kashmir ,the extremely important importance of the feedback for all other institutions the role of religions and religious matters and corporate society is very important in the community .which needs to be  studied and analysed .so that they can point out  the weaknesses as well as with their performance .Due to the reason they cannot fully succeed to pay their active and effective role and point out the reforms which can help them and  they can improtheir performance active and affective The purpose of this department is to awaken the real spirit of religion is the basic of independenceofKashmirmovementbase camp.Fundamentally,for the solution problems to eradicate the evils department (Amar-bil-maroof wa Nahi –Anel- Munkar )is the need to establish which is actually the responsibility of the present government .As a result of this the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir established a department in the name of department Ifta(for the solution of problems)in 1949.Then its name passing through different phases was named as department (Amur- e- Dinya)Azad Kashmir along with the role and impact of this department there are many issues which will be pointed out and appropriate  suggestions and recommendations will be made for their solution in this competition. Which Inshaallah will be of great help to the people of Azad Kashmir for social and economic development.
