Abstract

Hoarding is a socio-economics evil which affects the common man in a society or state. It consequences are; poverty, diseases and immoral effects on man belonging to a society. Hoarding of food stuff like grains, sugar and other all things which can be used as foods of Human beings and Animals, is unlawful because it affects citizens of a state, while hoarding of other than foods can be permitted in a limited way.  This Article reveals a method of Lawful and unlawful hoarding that which hoarding is lawful and which is unlawful in the light of Islamic Sharia.
