Abstract

Divine guidance is the first source for every Semitic religion, and this is the responsibility of the Holy Prophets to deliver ALLAH’s message in such a way, which is described in the Holy books. The basic doctrines are declared in Semitic religions "Belief in Prophets" is one of them. Every Semitic religion stipulates that Prophets are innocent, but with the passage of time followers of these religions made certain changes in these doctrines, which not only created collied among Semitic religions but also provide criticism opportunities to non-Semitic religions as well. This paper will describe the status of the Prophets in the light of the Qur’an and the Bible. This not only shows the importance of this belief but also specifies the difference between Bible and Quran.
