An Analytical Study of Musatafa Al-Qirmani’s Manhaj/Style (Methodology) in Al-Tauzih Sharh Muqaddima-Tu-Salah

Abstract

Muṣṭafa al Qirmani was one the eighth hijrah aḥnafs of Cairo (qahira). One of his books is att-auḍihfil-fiqh al ḥanafiayah. In this article I have discussed and analyzed the writing style and approach of Al-Qirmani in the said book. In the
said work he tries to prove his cause depending upon the references support of qurȃn, Sunnah and the authentic books of fiqh. The controversy between the four schools of thoughts have been discussed in an easy and meaningful way.
The series of answer-question has made it more interesting; this thing which lacks in other books of fiqh. At the end of book, the hymn (manaqib) of Imam Abu ḥanifah have also added to the book.
